Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

  • 7-day return policy from delivery date
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or card reversal)
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate wear, cosmetics, and personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund.
